Today was a working Saturday because I had to attend a couple of events for work. Since I have been so busy recently and have not been able to play with makeup at all, I thought I’d make an effort today with my makeup.
Because both events were scheduled during the day, my consideration was how to make it glam and yet not look over the top. Also, my makeup had to be long-lasting as I had to jump from one event to another with little time to touch up.
Here’s the result which I took on the cab ride home:
I kept the eyes really simple by mixing neutral colors like gold and brown. A quick sweep of eyeliner, mascara, and a set of demi lashes completed the eye makeup. For the skin, I used primer before foundation to make it last longer. I also put on some blush and bronzer to add color to the face. Lastly, I added a splash of red on the lips for good measure.
I just wanted to show you guys this Le Secret bracelet from Jewelmer as seen on Anne Curtis and Bryan Boy. I tried in on during the event and wanted one for myself so much! I need to save a bit more to be able to afford one. 🙂
